Born from Presence
I'm Sophia — a certified yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and wellness coach. For over a decade I've helped women release tension, restore energy, and return home to themselves through the ancient art of yoga.
My teaching blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin traditions into deeply personalised sessions that honour where you are — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
